Our carpet was pretty bad. Been here for 6 years and you could tell the carpet was the original that came with the place. We had lots of stains (mostly from a growing son who seems to try to spill things). I had this place come out and clean all my carpets and do a dryer vent cleaning. I will use them again. Honestly, they got done so fast I didn’t think they did a good job but when I went upstairs to see the result, I can’t explain how well they did. Some of the big stains didn’t come up when we used a home carpet steamer when we moved in. There were no stains left in the carpet when they left though. Good guys doing a great job. Highly recommend.
